A women’s capsule from the Blár Studio atelier — the same hand-finishing as the custom bridal work, made in small, numbered runs.
What this is
Most of what I make is one of one — a custom gown for a specific person, a specific moment. Ready-to-Wear is a quieter project I’ve been thinking about for a while: a tightly edited capsule of pieces I want to make more than once, but never at scale. Each style is produced in a limited run. Each piece is numbered. When the run is gone, it’s gone.
What to expect from the first drop
The first capsule is built around silk and slow construction — hand-dyed separates, an evening statement piece, and a travel-friendly look that earned its place by being something I wanted in my own closet first. Materials and construction are the same as the custom bridal work — French seams, bound finishes, real fabric, no rushing.
How small-batch works at Blár
Numbered editions. Each piece is marked Edition 001 of [run size].
No restocks. Once a run sells through, that piece is retired. New seasons bring new pieces, not reprints.
Made over weeks, not minutes. Production happens in the same considered way as the bridal work.
Real materials. Silk, organic cotton, hand-finished trims.
