This website is operated by Blár Studio, a small independent fashion brand producing garments in limited batches. Each piece is made with care, in considered quantities, and offered through this site and by appointment.

By visiting blarstudio.shop or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. We keep them as clear and transparent as possible — please take a moment to read them.

All garments are produced in small quantities. Availability is limited by design, and pieces may sell out quickly.

We do not guarantee that any item will be restocked. When a style returns, fabric, fit, or finishing details may differ from the original release.

Prices are listed clearly on each product page and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout before an order is processed. Orders are not reserved until payment is received.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing or product description errors.

In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. A confirmation email is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Shipping timelines listed on the site are estimates. Once an order leaves the studio, delivery is handled by independent carriers.

We are not responsible for delays, misrouting, or service disruptions caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Due to the limited nature of our production, all sales are final. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All custom gowns and made-to-order pieces are considered final sale, with no returns or exchanges. Full terms specific to bespoke work are outlined in the custom client contract provided at the start of each commission.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase. If you are between sizes or unsure, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order.

We photograph each piece as accurately as we can, but colors — particularly tones such as chartreuse, ivory, and pale neutrals — may appear slightly different depending on lighting, monitor, and device.

All designs, garments, photography, written content, and branding on this site are the property of Blár Studio.

They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blár Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time as the studio grows and evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
